Randy is THE MAN and the place to go to here in Jamestown for all your auto repair needs. Their prices are very fair, and the staff friendly and courteous. I've been to a few other places in the past that are....not as reputable - or have prices that are much higher than they should be for the service being completed. In short, this is an "old school" way of doing business. Up front, honest, and professional.

The business is thriving looks like he does well for his self. But as us in the neighborhood have realized we have no where to park. I’ve been living here almost 4 years now and thank god I have a drive way now but many times we’ve had to park houses down to even get parking. Please be kind and remember you have other neighbors that rent and live here. Your establishment shouldn’t be taking from our residential parking.

Lobb's treated me very well when I called them about a transmission issue I was having in my Ford Escape. They even worked with me since I couldn't exactly drive my car at the time, they allowed me to roll it down Camp street to them, and they handled the rest. Ultimately, the repairs couldn't be done at their garage - but they only charged me for the transmission fluid they used to get my car moving (as far as it allowed them). Definitely give these guys a call!

Randy is the best. Have been taking our vehicles here for years. The most important thing is that his prices are fair, he does good work, and he's honest. He won't tell you it needs fixed if it doesn't. Have always trusted this establishment and appreciate their integrity.
