Came to town to visit family over Labor Day weekend and I have to say, I was blown away by the customer care I received from Todd! After getting in town I could not find a rental car available in the area. I called Todd in a panic and he drove out of his way to meet me and rented a car to me quickly and easily. He made my trip back home so memorable for me and my family because of this. We were about to be stuck not able to do anything for the trip! I also received my deposit back before I even landed back home in Denver. Whenever I travel back to North Carolina, I will 100% use him for all my rental needs. Our car broke down three hours from the beach while we were heading for a family vacation. The vehicle stopped accelerating, and we had to cross four lanes of Memorial Day highway traffic at a crawl. After sitting in the afternoon heat on the side of the highway for two hours, waiting for a tow with our ailing dog and toddler, we were finally able to get to the dealership only to find that there were no rental cars available in town due to the holiday. My brother-in-law found Local Cash Auto Rentals LLC through a Google search, and we spoke to Todd about the possibility of a rental car being available, despite it being an hour away from the dealership where we were located. Todd was incredibly sympathetic to our situation and went above and beyond by driving the rental car an hour's distan
