Excellent service. Didn’t try to upsell me even when the opportunity presented itself. The dealer cost for the tire I needed had been reduced. Lockhart Tire passed the savings on to me. Able to get an appointment quickly to replace damaged tire. In and out in a reasonable service. I am a return customer and Lockhart Tire has served me well each time.

They were efficient, their system works. I have no idea why they have a receptionist because she can't answer a single question or take notes or anything. Just needed to communicate a small bit of info but had to hold for over 5 minutes 🙃 The guys in the shop are super friendly over the phone. Its a no-contact shop. be sure to bring your own envelope for your key drop.

Don’t take your car here for anything but new tires. I’ve had multiple cars in for other issues. Once there was a clicking in the engine and they charged to fix the power steering. It did not fix it because the clicking was caused by a dropped oil cap in the engine cavity. Stopped when it dislodged. They stated the transmission on a car was “done.” No shifting problems. Another mechanic confirmed this was not the issue and transmission was fine. Saved me thousands. They’ve completely lost my trust.

Even though I have lived in this neighborhood for 2 decades, I had never been to Lockhart Tires. I called this morning to see if they would try to patch a tire with a nail in it. Not only did they take me same day, the fixed my tire for a VERY reasonable price, and they did it in 15 minutes while I waited. So happy with the outcome. Thank you!

I came in about 45 mins before closing with a screw in my tire. They were able to look at it shortly after, and I was outta there in 15 minutes. Turned an unexpected and stressful situation into a quick detour on the way home.
