John was beyond patient with me and my husband and my child we ended up spending all day dealing an insurance glitch and he helped us through everything very patiently we are so happy with the car and service john gave my kid a coloring book to calm him down and we got taco bell at the end. What should have been a bad experience turned into a pleasant time.
