Loid’s Collision Center

I took my BMW X3 there for repair after a collision. They were very transparent about price and timeline. They did an excellent 5 star job on my car. They kept in contact with me throughout the process. I hope I never need them again, but if I do glad they are there!

I dropped off my car at Loid's Collision Center on October 15 to have my front bumper repaired, and as of October 29, there has been no progress or clear communication. I've called multiple times and left several voicemails, but rarely receive a response. On the few occasions someone does answer, they don't seem to know the status of my vehicle. I've tried to be patient, but the lack of communication, updates, and organization has made this process extremely frustrating. I truly hope this turns around and ends up being a great experience, because I was genuinely excited to work with this shop after hearing so many good things and seeing that Lexus and other companies have highly recommended them. Unfortunately, so far, it hasn't lived up to the hype everyone made it seem to be. UPDATE*

Loids was recommended to me by Audi of ABQ, and I am glad I took their recommendation. My 2024 Audi S5 was in an accident with a small animal on the freeway, that did external bumper damage, and a large amount of internal damage to the cooling system, AC unit, and radar sensor among other things. I had my car towed to Loid’s, and it was exactly 1 month from when it got there to being fully repaired, much faster than originally quoted. A decent amount of that time was spent waiting for the insurance to approve the claims. It looks just as good as new, and they used all OEM parts with a lifetime warranty. After being in a traumatic experience on the freeway before going out of town on a road trip (2 passenger tires down & rim damage plus front & passenger body damage), then having to fight for benefits I pay for, plus get a rental car, it was all mentally and financially exhausting. I scratched my back door on an extremely tall curb. Took to Loid's, and they gave me a quote. I was concerned because my insurance company gave me a quote that was extremely lower in cost. Loid's was able to work with my insurance and get everything covered. The car was returned to me in like new condition. They did an excellent job on fixing the car, and blended the paint so you cannot even tell there was any work done on the vehicle. Thank you Loid's!!
