Do your research on loan mountian and partners. Starting with four star vehicles inspection. Clearly it has many issues if they did their job it wouldn't be clear by the time I bobtail home I had to bring it to my mechanic to have it re inspected ending up with a another bill. As I had numerous conversations with Jim sales representatives asking him please don't set me up to fail, he re insured me they would stand behind their truck. I bought my truck on September 4th 2024 today is December 1st sense I've had to replace, break chamber, 2 tiers, a coolant sensor and something else to stop leaking, Airbags, as my 1st week out on the road i had reached out to Liz account manager expressing concern that I didn't feel safe in this truck and wanted to exchange or bring it back that I do alot

I was so excited to but I truck and it will be my first truck but lone mountain did do me good the moment I picked it up I left there place one week later the truck shows SCR system the def tank need to cleaning it cost me $2000 and lone mountain don’t want answer my calls anymore

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would that I was leasing from Loan Mountian If anyone has financed or lease a truck from Loan Mountian, and has fallen into financial hardship due to truck repairs and being out of service causing you to loose your truck, please get in touch with me within the year.

Friendly and courteous service. Got a 2016 KW T680... its need great... little to no Headache at all. Will be buying my futures trucks from them.

Purchased in May 2024... Repairs already drag link, tie rods....Looking like, I'll have to change the head gasket... Other reviews are true, avoid and go to a real dealership with at least 30 DAYS return if repairs needed. Loan moutain will not fix anything. That is why they'll ask if you have repair funds. These trucks are AS IS. Do as you please but you're rolling the dice. Death row contract.
