Lone Oak Car Wash

Came on 12-2-25 with 29 degrees and first snow to use the dog wash. This place has went down hill BAD since I’ve used in several years. Came over from IL on my day off work. Placed $5 in not knowing how many minutes I would get. It gave me 10 mins. After 4 mins, I was still getting only cold water, no soap, even after choosing a different shampoo selection. I noticed a red bottle that had a teeny bit of some unknown kind of soap sitting on top. Was it left by someone else? Was it car wash soap- who knows? Meanwhile my dog is shivering cold. I decided to just dry him off and go. NEVER AGAIN

Cheap but dirty, no shampoo or conditioner or anything else. Just water and blower. Don’t expect products to come out of your selections. The other car wash/dog wash is much better

prices and atmosphere are great but every single time I wash or vacuum my car here I lose money. either the change machine doesn't give me the correct amount of quarters or the vending machine won't drop my selected product, and the vacuum cleaners are notorious for taking my money. The very few times I was able to get the vacuums to work it would barely pick up the lent on my car seat. I want to give this place 5 stars but unfortunately I just can't do it.

I used the auto car wash last year and it was really good . Went 2 wks ago and it took 10 $ fr me and never worked . I called the number and it's not the number that's listed . I just want my $10 back . I called the PVA Office to find out who owns it because there is never anyone there . Home floor center across fr Whitehaven owns it in ACM Investments. Just please get it fixed or at least put a OUT of Order sign on it .

This dog wash was TERRIBLE!!! These people still have this thing up and running, and taking people’s money… But yet the water barely spits out, nor does it even push out ANY sort of soap!! Also not to mention it was FILTHY! We will NOT be back to wash any of our three dogs… This dog wash needs to take lessons from the one on south side 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
