I broke down an hour and a half from home, in the middle of nowhere, and Ben was able to come out fast, was super friendly, took amazing care of my car, and was able to drive me all the way to a car lot. One of the worst days I've ever had was made considerably better by that alone, but he was also the best price I could find! Amazing service, and I hope to not need it again, but if I do I saved this number!! Highly recommend!

While shopping with my daughter and grandson this 80 year old lady parked next to us locked her phone and keys in her car. One call and the sweetest gentleman came, helped her, and blessed that poor lady. I highly recommend you use this company!

They won't take responsibility for their employees. Ben blocked my number and they keep giving me the runaround and won't own up to their error costing me hundreds for their unprofessionalism. Please avoid at all cost there are many real professional companys for hire in the area. So please take into account when considering giving your bussines to lone star hauling especially Ben!

This company charged us a $300 “rollover fee” for towing our vehicle out of the snow and ice. Our vehicle had not rolled, and it is illegal for them to charge additional “hazard fees” in the state of Texas. My husband was told by the clerk that the extra $300 was for the hazardous conditions. This is absolutely illegal price gouging, and this company is using emergency weather conditions and people having to drive to work as a way to steal money from vulnerable individuals. Wrong!!

AMAZING towing job by these lovely people. Ben was quick to pick up the phone despite it being 4 AM and was able to happily assist us with getting a car towed out of a very steep ditch. The tow driver, Brian, was quick and arrived in under 30 mins and did not keep us waiting. he was able to safely remove the car from the ditch without damaging it, and towed it to a nearby location for a very fair price. I highly recommend this tow company for all of your towing needs!
