I had problem with my truck on Sunday early morning hours and call this place and Rubin Was the Man who helped me I can fast and sold me the correct part and he really went out of his way to help me and got Machanic Gustavo who fix my Truck and I was on the Road and my Reefer was running so I was struggling to get on time in NV for my delivery. Paid you guys over 200 an hour to replace my radiator. Told you before I left lower radiator hose was leaking. You supposed to check and fix. Now I’m down the road and it’s still leaking. There is no excuse for this after I told you it was leaking. Maybe you should have pressure tested it again till you fix the leaky hose.

Drove 225 miles on a cracked radiator. Checked in at 7:15am with kevin explained the situation plus i figured i might get other stuff done since I was their. At 11am decided to check for update on my truck while waiting at the driver lounge learning that an email was sent vs walking to the lounge and letting me know,nevertheless they installed a new radiator mechanic was awesome that he impressed me on washing engine to remove coolant from cracked radiator. Finally from paying meet a nice guy at service desk forgot name but game me invoice to pay while waiting decided to look into replacing seats in semi truck that were 4700 the pair but sales guy on parts didn't feel like working or trying to sell the package so that's when I meet mark and started talking and working with home now waiting

I see why this place gets a 3 star review, they deal with company drivers day in and day out so technically these guys aren’t the customers the owner of the trucks are. With that being said this little shop is the only Freightliner Dealer in Albuquerque so like myself if you find yourself in a derated situation this will be your only option other than towing your unit elsewhere. Like I was saying earlier about company drivers, myself is an owner operator who found himself in derated situation north of town and had to come here. I seen the google reviews and my heart sank, immediate hopelessness set in!
