Long Beach Alignment & Auto Repair

Hello everyone, first time coming to Long Beach Alignment and repair and I did give it 5 stars. I needed an alignment on a sprinter van and it was a little difficult finding a shop that would be able to help me with. I called first to get an estimate on time and to ask the price. When I got there, Arturo, the same person who answered the phone was there ready to help. He waisted no time on working on the van. I honestly feel like Arturo was so efficient and fast that I was able to get back into my regular Monday evening routine. They charged me 120 for the alignment and I paid through Zelle, it was pretty easy. I will definitely be going back if I need anything else. I do have to thank “Fast Service Tires” in the city of Cypress on Lincoln Street, for recommending me to this alignment shop

They did an amazing job on my alignment for my 2004 durango. I was holding the steering wheel 10 o clock. And they brought it back to 12. Amazing work. The technician was very informative. I was also having some power steering issues and their suggestions were very helpful. The alignment even comes with a warranty. So if things go wrong or if I change out anything and need my alignment fixed again I can come back and they will fix it under warranty. Thank you so much.

Told me $90 on the phone but when I showed up they tried to charge me $140 and come to find out they never adjusted the camber on my van, do yourself a favor go to Firestone or something it's about the same price, the only thing that I can say that was good as they honored the price they told me on the phone and it was pretty quick and they did fix the alignment issue but not the camber issue, when you get an alignment you always look at /adjust camber.

Very down to earth great people and prices were the best Ive seen in the city!! I’d highly recommend Andra has great personality and Jerry is awesome too!
