Rolando gave me the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Very thoughtful of the customers and very professional. I was able to get in and out in a car in less than an hour. 5/5 would highly recommend long-motors to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Would not recommend. I gave two stars because purchasing the car was easy… however the limited warranty expires after 3000 miles just after that the check engine light came on and I had to put $5k into the car… they’re supposed to replace the windshield and they tell me the guys been calling but it likely comes up as spam, I ask why would they not leave a message and the answer is I don’t know…. Also, they only text for registration stickers even when you’ve explicitly explained that you only have a VOIP phone and no text messages can be received. I’m really not impressed with the service I received and wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them with so many other used car dealers around. Best of luck!

Yeah lawn mowers is the type that people struggle to get a car and they're the only ones that help you out but what they don't realize is that you know when somebody goes in there and puts like 3,500 down for a vehicle and like a week later everything's falling apart on it your bumpers are out your remote control to your keys out that is not acceptable that is very sorry that they do that and then they're like oh we don't know what to tell you You bought it as is okay but as is would you sell it to your children and another thing about them is when I got my car I said if I make my payments I only want to make my payments to long motors I do not want to be sold to any other credit union and they distinctly told me the guy's name was Sergio the lady's name was Alma and they're like oh we don
