Long Subaru Service Center

I brought my used 2022 Impreza back after 3.000 miles with an oil leak caused from scrapping the bottom going into Klem’s parking lot. They gave me a loaner, replaced the oil pan, gasket and exhaust manifold for nothing. I picked it up the next morning. The was the main reason I bought it was the 100.000 mile warranty. It came in handy sooner than I expected.

This was the first service on a new to me Forester. They asked me to give them an hour which I did and they gave the car a was they changed the oil and they rotated the tires. I haven’t had service since the day I came for a sticker after purchasing the car but it seemed like all the reps were new which made me feel a bit uneasy. Other than that same service I am used to from Long’s Subaru

Best dealership and service center! We love our vehicles. We own a Forester and Crosstrek and our service today was an oil change with tire rotation. The service department takes great care of our vehicles and returns our car sparkling clean! Thank you Long Subaru!

I stopped at Long Subaru as I was as traveling north on 395 because my hood was slightly ajar and I was worried it would pop open while driving. The service department was so kind and understanding. They cleaned and lubricated the hood mechanism and were done in a half hour even though I did not have an appointment. I was so grateful!
