I dropped by on a recommendation from a local auto parts store because I needed a front license plate mount installed on my car, requiring drilling, which I wasn’t going to attempt due to the location of my parking sensors. Pepe was very kind and gave me a time to come back later in the day to take care of it. They were fast and professional when I returned. He even took the time at the end of a long day to tell me all the great things I’d enjoy in Austin as a new resident. I’ll go back!

The last thing anyone wants is a costly repair. My transmission went out on my VW and Pepe was very responsive and compassionate about the hardship. He worked with me through the issue on every level and made me feel more comfortable about the situation. My car is running so well now and I’m very satisfied with the level of service. Out of the ordinary, found out my radiator had a hole in it. Was scrambling to find a same day auto shop. Called the multiple places said I needed to wait couple days. I called Pepe over at Longhorn and right away he said he could help me out. He had Amazing service and you cannot beat the price! He’s my go to place in Austin.

I got charged less than what I was quoted when they figured out a way to fix existing parts rather than buy new parts...and they fixed one of my panels which was loose for free. Longhorn was recommended to me by a friend and I have to say that I trust them to do their best for me with my old car. I really like this mechanic.
