EDIT: Thank you to my local TSC they gave me a call and are working towards making the Henderson TSC the great TSC that it has been in the past. Good work TEAM. Changing my star review for all the wonderful effort Sadly this once wonderful store has gone drastically downhill since the turn over of almost their entire team. Today we walked in to find dog food scattered all around the store. We picked up cat litter with a big sale ticket on the shelf. Walked straight to the register for it to ring up 2 dollars more. Cashier called back and "manager " went to check says no sign. We Walked back only to see the sign miraculously disappeared and told there wasn't one. We have seen horse and dog food sit out back for days upon days and told they don't have the items yet online shows they do ha

Older male employee was very rude, and said to “get a job” to us when asked for help. We regularly go to this location for dog food, but will not be returning to this location anymore.

I was in need of some parts cleaner that had I purchased in my Lexington TSC but when I stooped in they stated that they no longer carried it nor could they order it for me but that Henderson had it in stock. I drove over to Henderson and I was impressed by the facility and its great selection of products. They had many items out front on display and a great selection of home and farm items in the store. They had feed, tools, clothes, boots and so many things I cannot adequately list them for you so you will have to pay them a visit to find out for yourself how accomodating they are. The store was clean, well organized and the cashier greeted people pleasantly as they entered the door. Everytime we come to this place I'm impressed with the knowledge of the staff ...they haven't let me down once and I appreciate it a bunch.

Wonderful customer service! I had to ask if an item was in stock and they were very pleasant in checking for me. The same person also showed me where to find something I was looking for rather than just pointing me in the right direction. Cashier was very friendly as well. I'll definitely ship here again!
