I read the reviews and was a little skeptical, but then I remembered that people usually leave bad reviews for different reasons. So I figured I give it a shot. I’m glad I did! I needed front brakes and rotors, so I called them and asked a price. It was reasonable and I accepted. Dropped my car off with the parts I bought myself and left. The office manager called me 15 mins later and to my surprise told me that the pads I had were in great shape and I didn’t need pads, just the rotors were the issue. I was shocked! I’ve never had an honest auto shop call me and tell me something like that. To me that’s a rarity! So I told her that I appreciate the call, but go ahead and replace all the parts I brought. Nicest people, I've used them three times and always leave there a satisfied customer and as a woman it's important to feel treated fairly and not worry about getting ripped off, other places that's not always the case. I can't think of another place for my tire needs.
