Bad experience.. Not with Techs but a wannabee Office Staffer...... He mixed up the rotation between 2 tires. I explained 2 times. He charged me for his mistake. Not the only game in town. I suggest taking care of this problem employee before he runs away all your business.... I was a loyal customer until he starting giving me ugly looks and attitude. I have gone to a competitor since.....

I took my car there for a tie rod change and they was sorting to point out stuff on my car. Trying to fix stuff that wasn’t broken.The rookie mechanic ordered the tie rod to a chevroltte but not to my impala.he orderd the one that goes on a Tahoe.I was caheged 288$ and didn’t get shi done! Complete rip off😒The owner said it was my Fault 🤦🏽 for what 🤷🏽‍♂️ idk I didn’t order the tie rod his worker did.Don’t take your car there

I do not recommend going here. Today makes the 2cnd time have a bad experience with this place. Its impossible to get anyone to acknowledge you. Literally stood thetr 20 mins the first visit a few months ago before finally just leaving. Today I went for a alignment. The first time they told me $75 but it would be a hour. So I decided to go back a hour later. This time I speak to another guy and he tells me $95 but it would be a hour. Soni just leave and proceed to call them to see if I can schedule a appointment. After talking to someone that seemed clueless he tells me $90 and that he can do it now. This place will give you the run around all day and pick and choose what they charge you for a job. Its a joke.

My tires were changed fine by i think it was Rickardo? I needed it right then and just chose the first place I stopped. Most car places are like 10-20 bucks to mount a car tire? They tried to charge 40 for 2 old lawn mower rear wheels (42 inch mower nothing fancy). I paid 30 each. Happy it's done, but this guy knows a hustle when he sees one. Thanks for getting it done. I won't be back. Thanks

I went there last week and I had a problem with my car and they fixed it super fast. All I got to say is the service is excellent, the boss Daniel Lopez was amazing, and the workers are respectful. If you are cheap don’t come here. This tire shop is the best in Winston-Salem.
