I had a flea emergency a couple of hours before I had to leave on a road trip and they saved me! They responded to my text immediately and were able to come to me within a couple of hours and do a quick interior clean before I had to go. I felt comfortable trusting them with my keys and leaving them to work while I packed and they did an incredible job in the time they had! My car hadn't been deep cleaned in years and in 1.5 hrs they worked wonders! Best of all, no more fleas! I can only imagine what they could do when given ample time (they said that service usually takes at least 2 hrs). Highly recommend!

I had Lorenzo himself detail my vehicle. In the process, he lost two parts to my vehicle which I assume he removed to better access the center console. He repeatedly said he would pay for them, but, after 3 months, has still failed to do so. He constantly says he will pay me back, but never does.

Avoid this business at all costs. I paid $120 for a wash and wax, and not only was the job half-done—my truck was still visibly dirty—but they also managed to damage my tire by running over their own tools during the service. When I contacted them to fix the issue or offer a refund, they were completely dismissive and refused to take any responsibility. No apology, no accountability, just an attitude like my time and money didn’t matter. This wasn’t just a sloppy job—it was reckless, unprofessional, and disrespectful. If you value your vehicle, your money, or basic decency, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

I needed my car detailed in a pinch on Sunday, and called several people, but Lorenzo picked up the phone and was so accommodating with my schedule. My car has been so beat up despite being new, because I’m using it as a construction vehicle and it needed some serious work. Lorenzo and his son just killed it and did a great job. The car was like new…no joke! They are my go to detail company from now on. Thank you Lorenzo!!!
