Los Altos Carwash

So I went in for a gold car wash, at $28.99 (all be it a bit more expensive vs other car washes in the area) I will say that this car wash myself. I’ve gone with multiple cars and have been going to for multiple years, over six years, I have been going here. Unfortunately, yesterday would be the last time I ever go to this car wash because my car was damaged from the poor microfiber quality picking up a rock and scratching the inside of my driver, side window, which it ultimately scratch the tint. While the scratch itself is not big. It’s about an inch long, but it’s directly in my vision looking out my driver side window. When I ultimately brought this up to the owner right away, I was told that there’s no way for you to prove that that wasn’t there before and I explained to the owner tha

I never checked my car after hand car wash. But today I had first time experience with this guys and was very sad when I cameback home after this place. I understand when u can’t see some small things but it was 58$ car wash and it worse then express car wash per 20$ they didn’t clean drops from trees (no one) and simply didn’t remove stains from water even from windows... I really sad guys...

The worst car cleaning. Even The touch less automatic car wash takes long time to clean they did clean. They left everything as it is inside without cleaning and charge me for inside cleaning and on outside body too there are lots of dirt spots. Never go again there. It is better to pay $14 at touch less automatic car wash which is way better than this one. I only have one picture so i upload only one. But outside body cleaning was worst too. In my package they mentioned about fresheners, it wasn’t there at all. So it is trash place to go. Hope it helps to choose another one.

very rushed, paid 28 for the wash and wax and only got a wash, and when I asked me manager he told me “it’s a spray wax” but when I felt the paint there was no spray wax, not only that but the vehicle and water spots from areas not wiped, staff is rude aswell as the man running the front desk. Will not be taking my buissnes here in the future

I had the full service wash. I didn’t wait to long, probably like 20 mins. The owner was nice and answered all my questions regarding the service. They did a good job overall however they missed a few obvious spot to vacuum and left their dirty wash towels in my car.
