This is my first time coming here and they were amazing! They were super friendly and knowledgeable. They changed my oil in record speed. I got there at 1:30, they moved me up around 1:45 and I was done and at my kids school just in time for pickup at 2:00! Perfect service. Thanks Jamie, Dillon, and Michael!

Sometimes a company shines when the hard stuff happens. Got my usual Oil Change from them and a day later noticed a small oil spot on my driveway. Turned out to be the drain plug was stripped out. They took responsibility to change out the oil pan even though it was a little tricky due to a hard to find gasket. But they persevered and handled the situation and all's well that ends well. Hat's off to Lost Mountain Express Lube. Customer for life!
