I’ve been coming to Lotte Auto Body & Repair Shop in Palisades Park for years, and I’m always very satisfied with their service. The owner is consistently kind, honest, and professional. Their prices are the most reasonable in the area, and I truly appreciate that they never overcharge or take advantage of customers. Repairs are always completed within the promised timeframe, and the quality of work is excellent. Whenever I have an issue with my car, this is the first place I go. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable auto body shop!

They are very helpful, honest, and informed. On two occasions i had concerns about my vehicle but couldn't find a clear issue. They did a great job of inspecting the car and not jumping into conclusions or expensive solutions. My car is now running great and I regularly come in for oil changes.

I had my front grill replaced today here. I am a new customer and was very satisfied with the service. I appreciated their fast service & clear communication. They were able to order the parts immediately and gave me the option to install the same day of arrival. The service took 3 hours as they told me it would. They gave me a free interior and exterior carwash as service as well. They did a great job. Will definitely be returning for my oil change / maintenance! Highly recommend

I was recently involved in an accident and came to Allen feeling frantic and worried about my car and the potential repair costs. Allen was calm, professional, and immediately put me at ease. He clearly explained the entire process, what to expect, and even handled the insurance coordination on my behalf, which made everything so much easier. My car had both accident damage and technical issues involving the camera and sensors in the bumper. While the repair took some time due to parts availability (which was out of their control), the communication and service throughout the process were excellent. I was genuinely impressed by the level of care, professionalism, and transparency I received. I’m very happy I chose this auto body shop and highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality

I brought my Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 here for body repair after an accident. This was an insurance claim, and I was told they would handle everything, so I trusted them with my vehicle. About a week later, I was informed the repair was complete and that OEM (original) parts were used. However, after getting home and inspecting the car, I discovered that old parts had simply been glued back on instead of being properly replaced. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a vehicle of this value. When I brought the car back and confronted them, they apologized and claimed it was an “employee mistake,” which is not a reasonable explanation for this level of workmanship. On top of that, my car is black, and the buffing/polishing was done poorly, leaving micro-scratches all over the vehic
