Sano's Towing

I'm honestly writing this review on Christmas morning before my teenager wakes up because these guys basically saved my life! I got into a crash on the highway the day before Christmas eve, and luckily the police called Sano's Towing to tow my car. Our trunk was loaded and we live 5 hours away. It was 2 pm and we needed to figure out logistics of how to get home with all our stuff the day before Christmas Eve!!!! These men were ABSOLUTE ANGELS to us. First the guy who towed the car took both me my teen with him to the shop with the car. Second, I was calling car rentals -- none of whom had any cars -- and one of the men got on Priceline and showed me how to get a rental nearby fast!!! ANGEL!!!!! Then when I was calling an Uber to get there (again with no luck), the man said hey let

I recently got a flat on the Palisades Parkway and was towed by Sano’s to a nearby Mavis for a change. Jason, the driver, was great. He showed up really quick after I made the call and gave several options on where I could have the tire changed at the late hour. Honestly, his knowledge of the area saved me a lot of time and money as my commute is a long one and I still had a ways to drive. Although he didn’t accept cash, he drove me to a nearby ATM to get cash for the tow then back to Mavis for the drop off. Home run, thanks Jason!

Great experience getting my classic BMW towed. Jose and his partner showed up very quickly. They were extremely careful with the car including wrapping a towel around the tow hook so it wouldn’t scratch the car. And even sent me a picture of the car when it was delivered. You hope you never have to get your car towed but if you do these are the guys to call.

They stealing the money, they charge me for 11 nights, car was there for 10 nights, thats disaster, they are not normal, from 22 april to 2 may in 10 nights not 11 nights. Be careful from this guy he was rude, unprofessional and stealer

I called at 6:45am after getting a flat tire from a large pothole on my way to work. The owner answered right away and was more than helpful in finding me a one of his drivers in close proximity to me. The driver showed up within about 25 min after I called and had my car loaded up on the truck within minutes to take my car to the dealership for repair. highly recommend for fast and timely service as well as reliability.
