My new 2023 cx-9 went for oil change at Lou Fusz (very first oil change). I waited for my car to be done and took it same day home. The next day, I open the hood and saw the technician left an oil mess on the top of my engine (see photo). You can even see it in the 1 minute video that i received from the technician while waiting. very unprofessional, I would not recommend Lou Fusz service.
Thank you for servicing my vehicle during the COVID pandemic. Great clean facilities that kept to social distancing. Very nice and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
They are very professional and fast and do an amazing job.
