Customer Reviews
I have been researching local car companies who promise great service and guaranteed financing. With my poor credit rating I challenged anyone who promised guarantee approval. So far, every company that I reached out to for assistance pretty much dismissed me, like I never even inquired. I have been working with Ron at Lou Rice and even though my credit was very challenging he was the only company that kept in touch with me, he told me exactly what I needed to do on my end to help me with a car loan. Ron took the time to sincerely try and help me. Now it's up to me to take care of a few items that Ron pointed out to me. No matter if I finance or buy a car with cash I'm going to stay with Ron and Lou Rice auto sales. Customer service was a solid 5 stars. Highly recommened.
