Louie Service Center Auto Repair

Have had two great experiences at Louie Service Center so far! Showed up for new brakes with no appointment and was pleasantly surprised that they could accommodate me quickly and at a reasonable rate. The dealership told me I needed to replace all 4 brakes and pads and the mechanic here checked everything out and told me only the front were in need and the rears could wait a while. He even gave my kids a candy bar when we came to pick up the van plus showed me the brakes he had removed. I returned a few weeks later as I was concerned I was leaking oil. He lifted my van and checked it for me, plus showed me what he was looking at and confirmed there was no issue. No charge! Great local service. Will be back for the rear brakes in a few months!

Let me just say, this man has a heart of gold! I ran into some problems with my Kia, and he stayed so he could finish my car. I’m absolutely so grateful, and I couldn’t have asked for better service/advice. I would recommend anyone to get service here! Louie is the best!!

I was going to this service center for over a decade as well as my mother and at one time my daughter until she caught them lying to her. We moved two hours away from Windsor a few years ago, but still continued to stay loyal. I always received good service and Moe was pretty good to us, until…..we were looking for a van and it seemed like he did not want us buying from anybody but him. So he went on a mission and found a 2010 Dodge Journey. Since the car is over 10 years old we knew it would have some problems but, we absolutely did not expect to have 5-6 issues right after we bought it…SAFETIED!!!!
