Sm1: Louie’s is one of the best around. Louie is a confident knowledgeable master and wizard. If you feel he is a grace from Heaven to you, he is, And appreciate it. All 3 have been awesome for me for close to 25 years. Gone above and beyond. Just got an X5, and God willing have been lucky so far. No issues. He has pampered my 1990 convertible since day one.

I do go here regularly for my oil changes and yes they do a good job. Just don’t like how mainly like other mechanics they try to push u out the door as if they don’t want people to see how they work “ready by end of the day” also one of the workers I think he’s the uncle has a demeanor of “it’s a blessing I’m here” and that’s not good never once has he said thank you or seems grateful and I have gone over 4 times.

Louie is an expert in BMW and a nice guy with the customer's best interest in mind. He spent a fair amount of time on my consultation--free of charge--going over various aspects of the exhaust issue on my car, providing a very reasonable estimate for the repair as well as honest advice on alternative things to try that would be less expensive. I opted for the cheaper route and got the issue temporarily resolved. I will not hesitate to take my BMW there again for its service needs.

I would just like to say anyone on the north shore lynn up to Maine if you own a BMW do yourself a favor please take it to Louis BMW repair I went for the first time today at 8am Robert the one who worked on my car diagnosed the problem what seemed like in minutes it was repaired by 1pm the only wait was the parts or he would have had it done by 10am they were friendly from the first conversation with his father Maurice and Louis’s the owner all were friendly and welcoming that will be the only place I go my car is a 2006 X3 rides now like a brand new car thank you again Robert you guys have my business as long as that cars on the road

I was involved in an accident and brought my car in thinking it could be fixed at this shop. The owner, Louie, spent half an hour with me explaining what was wrong, printing out the diagnostic reading he did and giving me names and phone numbers for body shops that would be able to help me. He also fixed a problem that had been driving me insane for months (turns out I had a setting on incorrectly, whoops!). He was very nice and obviously super knowledgeable!
