The service itself on my car was great and no complaints. Im giving a lower rating because they made a mistake on my payment invoice and it's been like pulling teeth just to get any kind of communication from them. Its been more than 3 weeks since I requested a corrected invoice to submit to insurance for reimbursement and I still haven't recieved. Very disappointing.

Amazing process a to z! Easy friendly customer service. Willing to work with you and your schedule. Loaner car if needed. In the end took a lot less time and did a great job. The windshield had a calibration system in it and was a little longer job, still did fast. Only place in whatcom county I will trust with my rigs!

We needed a new driver’s window on our vehicle. They were able to get us in quickly, they completed the project within a couple of hours or less, and they did a great job cleaning up the interior free of charge. I had an appointment at Safelite at 10 today to replace my windshield (not realizing it was no longer Louis Auto Glass until after I scheduled), and was told it would take a couple hours. I explained that I was going to run a quick errand and then wait while they finished up. Around 11 I came back to the office and sat in the waiting area. At almost 12:30 I asked for an update/ETA, as I was almost two and a half hours into a two hour appointment. The receptionist stepped out for 5-10 minutes and when she came back she informed me that they hadn't actually STARTED yet. Apparently their only tech had gotten behind for the day and nobody thought to let me know. The receptionist suggested they could probably still get to my car today but it would be much later, otherwise they could get me res

I had all 10 windows and my skylight in my 37 year old van pulled and they put new seals in. The professionals there were able to do minor rust repair and actually reused all the original glass!! While the glass was out of the van they sent the glass to Final Touch Auto Spa on Iowa Street to tint the windows. Amazing job, I will continue to use Louis…they are by far the best in the county.
