Lou's Autobahn

It was the last day at CSU when our X3 started throwing an overheat message. There are only a couple of auto service places in Ft Collins that brag about import car care. Thankfully I went to Lou's. When I met him, he promised to get us in quickly and he did. And Stephanie up front kept us updated on the progress of our repairs. Appreciated their website approval process as well. First class outfit. Thanks again Lou.

Honesty is key for me. Excellent service is also key and I got both at Lou’s Autobahn. They even gave me a ride to get some food while I waited for my A3 service. They also left me with recommendations that also meet my price point. They are super informative and hospitable and I will continue going back to Lou’s in the future!

Writing this review because I paid the bill. My son took his 2014 A7 Quattro lowered in for a 4 wheel alignment 2/20/26. Photos of before and after adjustment. Breakdown - At pickup Friday evening we were informed that the rear drivers adjustments were off due to lower control arm issues. Only one in the green to start. Ask for a quote. Following his car the next day, Saturday, the front to rear track of the tires are off. Drivers side rear tire is 1-2” to the right of the front rolling. Drives to the right rear/sideways now. Steering wheel is off too the right as well. He returned the car 2/24/26. Picked up the car that evening. Steering in now to the left with a hard right pull when the steering wheel is released. Our Jaguar XF had coolant leak, Lou was able to diagnose the issue and make repairs in a timely manner and fair price. The staff at Lou’s are very knowledgeable and kept us updated as repairs were made. I appreciate Lou talking with me at the start and completion of the repairs.

Amazing staff and experience here! I’ve been to many place to have my car serviced and this is BY FAR the best experience I’ve had anywhere. The staff is so nice and friendly and the communication was top notch. I will definitely be taking my car here from now on. Wonderful job 10/10!
