Outstanding! I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I stopped in with an unexpected exhaust issue, and not only did they take me in right away, they absolutely refused to let me leave until my car was safe to drive. They went above and beyond to give me a solid temporary fix so I could get back on the road without worrying. Their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers really stood out. You don’t find many places these days that prioritize safety over speed or profit, but these guys do. If you need exhaust or muffler work done—big or small—this is the place to go. Easy and super fast,got rid of my GTI resonator and i was in and out of this place in 30 mins or less. Friendly service,they know how to treat a lowered car. Sounds much better now and they charge me 100,just in case you need to have an idea on prices and yes...they take your plastic cards.

Amazing service! I had an exhaust leak and my mechanic recommended Lou's. They gave me an appointment the same day, had it fixed in 10 minutes, and didn't even charge me. These guys are the best. 👍👍👍 easy 5 stars.

Excellent neat instalation, much better the the box store exhaust places i had used in the past. I am a perfectionist with my vebicals and want it done neet and rattle free. Josh is super helpful and all the staff here in North Reading are very knolagble and apparently do a ton of custom fabrication, it seems simple for them to do it perfectly all by eye I've had 3 cars done there now and can't say enough good things a out Lou's.

Lou's Customer Exhaust is the best! They flawlessly installed cutouts on my 1974 Jensen Interceptor 7+ years ago. Last week, my exhaust cracked at the exhaust manifold flange and needed to be welded. I showed up at 3pm, they put it on the lift immediately. Ten minutes later, the car comes off and it's all done! I ask "How much?" and they say "Nothing". They sent me on my way. I felt bad because I didn't even have any cash to tip them. They do great work and they are honest, great people! Highly recommend them!
