I would highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone! They did great work with my Honda HR-V that you would have never known I had gotten into a collision. Paolo is outstanding and went above and beyond to help me and negotiate with insurance so I didn’t get a big bill like I thought I was going to. He really helped me out. Thank you so much!

After getting a couple of recommendations from friends to take our 2008 Honda Pilot to Mass 1 for accident repairs, we were optimistic about the work and service we would receive from them. We were not disappointed. From Paolo’s courteousness and the expertise of the repair specialists, I can say that they do quality work and I would not hesitate to bring any vehicle to them for body work. Our Pilot had tailgate and bumper damage and they made it look like new. I also asked if they could repair some fender rust while the vehicle was in the shop, and although this may not be something they usually tackle, they repaired it to the point that it also looked new. Paolo and staff at Mass 1 are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in their craft, and it is evident through the quality of work they produce. Every time my car looked brand new after they finished with it, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The repair process was incredibly fast, and I was able to get my car back much sooner than I anticipated. And despite the high-quality work, the price was very reasonable compared to other body shops I've visited in the past. Overall, I highly recommend Mass 1 to anyone in need of car repairs.

Had the hood and.latch replaced in my good old 2013 Honda fit. When i picked it up it looked like new! Highly recommend.

I got in a pretty serious accident and although they were backed up, Paolo accepted my car. There was heavy front end and rear damage and they did a fantastic job making my car look like new. Paolo kept me updated and was spot on in regards to when he said it would be ready. This is the second time I have brought my car to.them and I can't say enough how happy I am. I would recommend with zero reservations as they are an efficient, professional and top notch business.
