The price was awesome, and they got it done efficiently, delivering my car back same-day. Can't ask for better! Five stars, hands down.

Fast installation and very reasonable pricing! This was the first time I’ve had my muffler replaced with an aftermarket muffler today, and everyone was very nice and professional. A friend of mine recommended this place to me, and this place is very much worth it!

Daughters car had an exhaust issue. Lou's was recommended by our mechanic. I couldn't go, but my wife and daughter went to bring the car. Some places see a woman and girl and think 'cha ching', an opportunity to over-charge, etc. Not Lou's, extremely honest, the fix was easy and low-cost. No blown-up charges and fixes. Had an unusual exhaust sound coming from front of car. Made appointment for 9:00 AM this morning. Jason greated me at 9:00. Took car into stall. Needed a flex pipe. Repaired and out the door at 9:30 AM. Very reasonal price. Thank you.

My car failed inspection due to an exhaust leak and I thought they were pulling my leg. I was quoted one price to replace my whole tailpipe, muffler, everything. My Dad referred me to Lou's Custom Exhaust in Salem, NH a couple years ago and I tried them again this time. They got me an appointment for a Saturday morning. I showed up, they got me right in, even though I was a little early. I had a quick diagnosis within 5 minutes! I only needed 1 part replaced and at half the cost! And they could do it immediately! I was in and out of there within 30 minutes and I am VERY satisfied. Will definitely refer them.
