Low Country Car Wash

It does do a decent job form being automated. Have used it a few times now. Don't see the difference between basic wash and next level wash??? Machine ran and did the same thing both times for 4 dollars more for the next level wash.

Very disappointed. First experience I used the self service wash, and the brush left black streaks all over my white car. When I got home I had to scrub these marks off by hand. Over an hour of scrubbing. Cut to today; I decided I would use the automated system. $16 later and there are water spots all over the windows, mirrors, and body. I thought doing the premium wash would prevent these water spots, but I was terribly mistaken. It’s the only game in town, so I gave it a second chance, and I am bummed. They just take your money and you get what you get. $16 for a very subpar wash is insane. I will never be back, and I’ll be sure to warn people.

BEWARE Do not use your credit card at this place. It will rip you off. I had just washed my car at home, went there just to do a spray on wax coat I use the credit card. There is no wax or clear coat protection chemical. It just sprayed plain water. I got a 4-minute spray of water and my credit card was triple billed. I called to dispute the bill, but the phone number for this dump is disconnected.

Poorly maintained. Once, the soap poured down and covered my car, then, the washer stopped working and unit returned to start position and turned off. I had to drive home to rinse my car off. Another time the washer did not dispense the wax portion even though I paid for it. The unit that accepts the money is finicky about accepting older bills. It also doesn’t give a receipt when you ask for one by pushing the refund button. I have had the machine take my cash and not turn on to wash the car. Owner is a nice man. He will refund your money if you have a bad experience. Washer itself does an okay job. It misses spots. Todays wash did not clean my entire front window. This carwash is better than nothing. It is the only one in the area.

The Loris Car Wash cleaned my pickup from a long muddy hunting season. Very muddy. I took my wife’s car to have it cleaned; the soap came out onto the car, it the washer stopped and the light came on that identified the cycle end. I had to go into the hand spray unit to remove the soap. All is not lost; I called John to let him know what happened to the washer. He said he would mail out a credit to me for a wash. Easy.
