Lowell Auto Body has been nothing but a blessing for me. As a fellow car enthusiast, they have treated all of my cars with the most respect, care, and attention to detail more than any other business I have taken them too. They have handled everything from easy touch up jobs on my bumpers, to full respray of my Supra, to a full repair on my Subaru BRZ. They are THE BEST when it comes to paint, body work, glass, and everything in between. Their shop is easy to get to and the paperwork is easy. They have all of the documents ready for you when you pickup and drop of your cars, plenty of space to sit and fill out everything, and at the end of the day, they treat me more like family than they did customer. These guys do great work. I appreciate that they are a smaller shop that has been in town for a long time. Finding a painter that can do decent color matching is tough, and Tyler is a bad ass. I have had multiple visits going back years he kills it every time. I have done some bigger insurance work and too and they always do an amazing job and completed faster than expected. If you ever decide to create a fail video involving your car and need repair work afterword, this is the place. I bent the driver side door of my Tesla putting up Halloween lights (even dumber than you're probably thinking). A competitor said replacing the door at $4500 was the only option. Lowell Auto Body did an amazing repair for under $300.

I turned to sharply to avoid another vehicle coming through a gate, and hit a gate box. It tore up the side of my SUV pretty badly, which was embarrassing; it was my first accident in 20+ years. Good honest body shop. They gave us an estimate a few weeks prior and the actual price was on par with what was estimated. We wanted to pay out of pocket for the damages and another body shop required us to open an insurance claim, which was extremely shady. I'm glad we found Lowell, they are honest and they do good work with fast turnaround time! We dropped our car off Monday and picked it up by Thursday. This will be our go to should we need any additional body work on our cars!
