Loyalty auto body is truly a compassionate business! They went above and beyond during my repair process! Mr. Bobby drove me to the rental location and waited with me to make sure I had an alternate vehicle. He always gave me timely updates, and my car was finished before the expected date! :)) I would definitely HIGHLY recommend his services!

I've never dealt with a better auto body shop. The day I had a wreck, the owners happened to be driving by as my husband was taking pictures of the car for our insurance. They stopped and introduced themselves and actually took a look under the car and were able to immediately give us an idea of what was wrong. So after trusting them to take on the repairs, they were open, upfront, and very communicative with us, even after we were having issues with the insurance adjuster. They also pride themselves on not using after market parts which a lot of body shops do! After evaluating the damage, we had the option to repair it or take the totaling of it... but the owner/manager, Bobby, told us the truth, and even though it meant them taking a loss, he would rather have us in the best positio

Amazing expirence here! I was in a really sticky situation with trying to sell my car ontime after an accident. They were able to get my car fixed lightening fast and everything work on my timeline.
