Loyalty Collision

Worst experience I’ve had with a collision shop. Brought my car in for front bumper damage estimated time was a month which was but then constant delays that I was only Told about the day I was supposed to pick the car up every time. After said work was “finished” I found loose screws or just no screws at all on the inside of my wheel well and ask them to fix it. Come to find out I had to go back a second time after completion because they “forgot” all off the screws and clips under my front bumper also. Not willing to fix day of even though payment was made a month ago. Would never go back to this shop and I recommend that no one else does either. Shotty work and workers with a bad attitude. Pictures included from first visit, other issues are underneath the car so I couldn’t get a good

DO NOT USE THEM FOR INSURANCE CLAIMS!!! takes longer than they originally tell you because they encounter delays with outside vendors that assist with the repairs and I mentioned an issue at the time of dropping off my car and was told they couldn't hear it, I go to pick it up today and asked that someone ride with me and now two people confirm they can hear it...I'm not a technician, mechanic only the driver of the car so why say you didn't hear anything and yes I did mention it sounded like it was coming from rear initially but once they rode they stated could be coming from front of car...ok but you are saying that a week later when I am being told my car is done. Since they charge to inspect, labor, etc. If a customer who is the driver mentions an issue shouldn't you maybe check or sug

An awesome experience with Loyalty Collagen. The team was incredibly professional and took great care of my car. Everyone was kind and super nice, making the whole process enjoyable. I highly recommend them!

My mom just got her car back, it was in the shop because some guy backed up into it whie it was parked in the parking lot. That was really really dumb. He was new driver if course. the team of people did an amazing job fixing the dent on the passenger side, it looks like nothing ever happened. They are super nice. They even detailed it inside & out. Looks like it came out a show room. They are the best collision center. I highly recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with Loyalty Collision. My car has been in their shop for almost two weeks just for a simple bumper replacement. When I first dropped it off, they told me it would take only five days, but that was not true. They keep delaying and just told me again that it will take a few more days. If they had been honest from the beginning about how long it would really take, I would never have left my car there. I had many plans and things to do, but they completely ruined my schedule. Very unprofessional and unreliable service. I still haven’t received my car back, so I can’t even comment on the quality of their work yet. I will update this review once I get my vehicle. But for now, I am very disappointed and do not recommend Loyalty Collision to anyone who values their t
