Lozano Tire Repair

After scratching two wheels here doing a tire rotation the manager made it right by sending the wheels off to get “refurbished”. The process had to be done twice due to the sloppy work. This whole process took almost a month and below you will see the end result. I was given my wheels back with a sloppy finish and they refused to mount my tires back on. The communication was poor throughout the whole process. If I didn’t call I didn’t know anything. If you have and wheels that are gloss black I highly recommend you stay away from this establishment.

I needed 4 rear tires on the rollback replaced. Brought my own. $30/ea to mount $30/ea to balance. I kept thw old tires. Had me back in, pulled them all off and replaced im 30 min while I waited. Gave $20 as a tip to the two men working on my truck.

Very nice people working there have been going for there for a few years. They are fast and offer alignments as well.
