This is for store #3170 on Lousiana blvd. If we could give 0 stars we would! I called to find out how much a radiator flush would be was quoted 159 plus tax. We just bought our 2014 Ram 1500 and noticed it needed a flush bad. The fluid was thin brown almost like cappuccino. We said we would be right over. We brought the truck and there were five people there waiting on us. One of them was the manager he said we can’t guarantee anything but it might be a bad head gasket. We already knew it wasn’t. The radiator had just been neglected. I am a mechanic myself but i just didn’t have time to do it. They then quoted us 189 dollars but there was 15 percent off for military. The truck has not gotten hot nor no smoke or anything else has checked out to be a possible head gasket. This was apparently

I got the oil changed and tires rotated on my car at the Jiffy Lube on Alameda in Albuquerque. When I got home it was leaking oil and windshield wiper fluid. When I took it back the manager tried to tell me it was just water. I showed him photos that clearly showed it wasn’t water. He tried to sell me some story about there being a channel near the engine that requires them to overfill the oil and it’s not actually leaking. I did buy it so he went and looked again and came back with the reservoir is leaking but it has been leaking for several years because he saw residue. He then laughed at me and said have a good day. REGARDING LUBRICAR, INC. JIFFY LUBE at 1600 Juan Tabo Blvd. NE, ABQ, NM 87112 managed by Makay Moses. This place is not a real Jiffy Lube. They do not have the equipment to perform the regular services that normal locations provide. Case in point. I went in today looking for a 15 minute oil change. I waited two hours. First, the cashier tried to check me out as the wrong person and I had to tell him that my car was a different one than the one he was trying to check me out on. He even went so far as to change the name of the customer that was not me to match my information. So, if your name is Marcus, you have a Lexus ES350 and you take your car here, I'm sorry in advance. BEWARE! DISHONESTY AND INCOMPETENCE! Went to Jiffy Lube #2280 in Flagstaff Az. On 10/22/2024 After our oil change we parked at our son’s house on his new driveway. Overnight 1quart of oil leaked from our 2024 Nissan. Went back to the shop and were told it was caused by a defective oil filter. This excuse is obviously a lie, I asked 3 other lube shops and 2 mechanic garages how many defective filters they had ever experienced, all said it just doesn’t happen. All agreed that proper torque was not applied when installing the filter. We were promised a cleanup of the spill and the attempt made made the stain bigger and worse. Now they won’t return calls. Beware! Dishonesty and incompetence!

Had my oil changed at 3143 Cerrillos rd in santa fe nm(06/25/2021). Tech damaged my oil pan during service which was replaced for free but then found out, a year later(12/052022), store manager who replaced the oil pan did more damage to my vehicle by stripping holes at timing cover. Also another damaged drain hole either during that fix or at last oil change(05/072022) at same location. Also had to replace oil pan again. I've forked out over $2000 to fix the damage. Jiffy Lube refused to accept or acknowledge the damage done to my vehicle and current store manager even lied about what I discussed with him about the issue.
