Whoever I have talked to on the phone was so rude. I’m not in a great situation with needing to replace my battery in my vehicle due to its location and availability of the type of battery needed. Other shops I’ve talked to have politely declined to replace it for either one of the two problems, but the guy who answered the phone here both times was so curt and combative. The first time I called, I already had purchased the battery and he immediately cut me off and said “we don’t install customer-supplied parts”. Which I understand, and then I called again to ask if they had the battery I needed anyway (so that I could just return the one I purchased) and get theirs with the install. He ignores that, asks for my make and model, abruptly tells me they don’t work on Mercedes, to take it to t

0 stars for the way the mechanic/ service center talked to me. I got a sarcastic response and he hung up on me for asking if I can bring my car in to have water pump replaced. I mentioned that I already started some of the work myself and just needed help finishing it and offered to pay full price too I thought i was making their job easier but I got laughed at and disrespected. no need for sarcasm. just tell me u don't do jobs that are already started its not difficult to be a decent human being and I was a customer but not anymore

Great first experience! On a Tuesday night, my left rear wheel started smoking, so the next day, I called Lucas Auto Center and dropped it off early in the morning. Donny was kind enough to take the car without any hesitation, called me after the inspection and gave me a price. They fixed it that day! Everything seemed very straight forward and honest. I’m happy with the service I received!

Found a screw in the sidewall of my tire- lots of shops in the area yet no one could help. Jim and the team at Lucas Auto Center had me back on the road with minimal interruption, good conversation, and a free cup of coffee. Thanks again! Highly recommend.

My car has very low profile tires and I had a hard time finding a shop that would mount a new set for me. Lucas Auto Center seemed happy to do the work, so I gave them my keys, signed an authorization form, and waited. The process would take an hour and a half, they said. After two hours, a mechanic came out of the garage and placed a number of chewed up lugs on the coffee table. Many were missing the metal a tire iron rests on. "We finally got your tires off, but we destroyed most of your lug studs in the process. They swell and we couldn't get the proper tool on them. You'll have to leave your car here with us and we'll order new ones for your car, but they're not cheap and we can only get them from the dealer." These parts are $14 A PIECE, and I have 16.
