I called them for a tow and they gave me the price upfront. It was very reasonable. They arrived within 20 minutes and towed my car without issue. Couldn't ask for better service!

Brought our car here to fix the lights. Blinkers in front weren't working. They said they knew electrical and could fix it. When I picked up, they worked but they went out 2 weeks later. They wouldn't fix it 2 weeks later without me paying the same price over again. Brought a different car here a year later to charge the AC, when they blew out the system, they blew a hole in the coolant chamber and made a leak. We have to fill up the coolant every couple weeks now but AC somewhat worked with a weird smell. We tried the heater and defrost and none of that works. Before they worked on it, there was no problem with the heater or defrost. Worst part is when I called to ask them about it right after we picked it up, they said they wouldn't fix anything they broke without another 300 to 400+ dol

Several days ago I went to Prestige Auto to see about getting my vehicle detailed. As we were talking I told him about a bad experience I had at Precision Tune Auto Care in S Salt Lake. He highly recommended Lucas Auto right down the street from him. The following day I took my Mazda 3 to Lucas Auto to have it diagnosed as I was told from Precision that I needed a new engine because all 4 cylinders had very low compression. Lucas Auto diagnosed it and said that the compression was fine and that all I needed was a tune up.
