Excellent service all around, definitely be returning in the future. Huge shoutout to Tabitha and Noah for assisting me today with my front and rear differential fluid change. Upon arrival, Noah immediately greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile as I exited my vehicle and efficiently gathered all the details about the service I needed. He communicated clearly throughout the process and handled the differential service professionally. Noah also went above and beyond when I requested a last-minute inspection of my power steering fluid. He took the time to check it without hesitation, which I truly appreciated. My truck runs so much more smoothly now after that oil change. The mechanic was very nice and helpful by explaining things to me. They did a wonderful job. Also the waiting area is so awesome! They have like a little store and drinks you can buy while you wait. Which wasn't that long, of a wait before I was out and running again. The receptionist that helped me was so cool! Very nice lady. She gave me a discount for it being my first time there. I'm definitely making this place my go to for oil changes!❤️

Absolutely horrible service by their Saturday team. They walk around half speed. They like to give out wait times, and when they are completely off its not their fault. Then they won't even try to help fix the issue, besides say the customer is wrong. Then they will also say "we are voted #1 in customer service " as if it makes them nullified to not have a bad experience with anyone. The shift lead then walked out to my car after I wanted to leave and was told I could, to still try and confront outside of the business saying he was trying to wipe my window off, but ciuldnt stop going on and on about their perfect record. Someone like that, should not be leading any shifts. I used to love this place and have been going for years. I won't be going back, and I hope this posts saves others fr

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love Lucas Oil — this is my go-to place to take care of my vehicle. They are fast, responsible, and very professional. The staff is always helpful, and I really appreciate that they’re open on Saturdays. Plus, you don’t even need an appointment, which makes everything so convenient. Highly recommend!

Receptionist wasted two hours of my weekend. I called beforehand to describe my vehicle issues and was told to come on in. When I arrived, the actual mechanic said that I should go to a different location during the week. I have a job during the week. That's why I came there when I did, and why I called beforehand in the first place. Duh
