Lucas Oil Center - Evansville West

First time I've been here. I picked the $49.99 package, which included a 21 point inspection. It took a good hour - hour/half to get my vehicle finished, but it was worth the wait. They were very professional, the facility is very clean, very nice atmosphere! They came and explained everything thay had done to my Jeep. You can watch them working on your vehicle with the "Pit Crew Cam", which I thought was really neat! They did not try to upsell me on anything. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because it ended up being more than the advertised price, due to extra quarts of oil etc. I will definitely go back!

I'm not sure what has happened to this location. The people working there done seem to care about providing a good service. I asked for synthetic blend oil change, I was given full synthetic. The name was correct on the bill, not the vehicle, address, or phone number. I don't think they even looked at my trucks odometer. The recorded number was 162,xxx mile and a return to service at 167,xxx. I have 175,xxx miles on my truck. They did this on my previous oil change also. Which I pointed out, and they did it again. Lucas Oil on the West side just lost a customer.

I went to Lucas Oil Center on the west side today and the service there was superb! Everyone was very nice and Donnie Wilson, who is the master mechanic there, worked very hard to figure out the problem with my car. Excellent place to have your car worked on.

Didn't tell me if tires was low or added anything fluid that was a wasted 91 dollars I w8ll go down the road to see if customer service is better..

Everytime i come in everyone is always so nice and very knowledgeable. Cody and Will are some of the best and hardest works and all around great guys.This is one of the best places to come for an oil change also great atmosphere. I recommend if you need an oil change or need you vehicle looked at come here. You won't regret it.
