Lucid Studio Seaport District

Yet another amazing Lucid experience. Dylan here was excellent. He was patient and knowledgeable and spent a lot of time telling us about the vehicles and the brand. We were there for over 2 hours and never felt rushed. It was an experience that made me feel more comfortable as we get closer to purchasing a vehicle from Lucid. On service alone, Lucid is knocking it out of the park! They have an Air and Gravity on display and the showroom is located around a lot of shops and restaurants. The test drive route, even it being in the Seaport, was manageable and a great opportunity to showcase the vehicles in a dynamic setting. Cannot say high enough praises. Go Lucid!

Lucid does not support their vehicles. Their warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Your ownership cost *will* be 2-3 times higher than your lease cost, because they will refuse to fix manufacturer defects and will find every excuse to blame the customer. They'll be out of business in a year or two, max.

My husband and I had the best experience at the Lucid showroom. Not only is the Gravity an amazing car, but the sales associate, Dylan, was great to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented. We look forward to working with him when we buy the car. Thank you, Dylan!

Lucid has zero after-sales support. If and when things go wrong, they will leave you high and dry, refusing to honor their own warranty and leaving you stranded with a $110k paperweight.

What a wonderful experience! I reserved a test drive with Bryan at the seaport location; I had an unexpected meeting come up and I didn’t think I would be able to make it in for the scheduled appointment. Bryan went above and beyond and picked me up at my address in the Lucid and provided a very professional and informative driving experience! This type of customer service does not exist anymore!!! Anyways tip of my hat to Bryan and the folks at Lucid Boston!!! Wow what an amazing car!!
