Lucky Dr Smog Shop

Went in on a Tuesday. Made appointment for a Saturday for a vehicle I’m selling. They were hour late and too lazy to input my VIN #. Told me I needed a DMV barcode to scan. Went done the street to another smog shop. Didn’t need a barcode, 20 min I was in and out. Don’t waste your time with these Jokers.

Great smog check cause you get car wash for free with the check. The car wash does try to upsell you pretty hard but stick to your guns and get the free one it's fine. Look for a coupon online before you go. And you probably need an appointment on weekends.

This place rocks. I've taken many vehicles to get smogged and they're super fast and friendly. Plus, you get a free deluxe wash!! I have a van that was having some issues and they were super helpful in identifying the repairs needed. Second test was free!!

Two stars for actually doing the work, none for customer service or attitude, which is the worst and rudest I've ever experienced (at a smog station, at least). All they're interested in is getting you in and out - the rest is pure contempt (if you have a question, for example). I've been coming to this shop for years, but never again. Plus the prices have increased substantially. This place has deteriorated drastically. Much better deals and places to be had.

Highly recommend. Very polite and professional shop manager AND you get a free car wash with the smog check (a $30 value)!
