These guys are amazingly great mechanics ! I've been a customer for Years.They recently installed a brand new engine I bought online in my 1999 Chevy suburban .Hands down The best shop in McHenry County with fair pricing.There is a reason they have a 5 star rating !

Friend recommended Lucky Knuckles 2 years ago and I am so happy with how the two owners are honest fair and offer options to fix my 14 year-old SUV. As an example, car would not start, tried to jump start it but had to have it towed to Lucky Knuckle’s and they put trickle charge on it overnight, then next day they stated the car ! Even though they could’ve stopped there, they went on do a thorough electrical systems check & could not find anything wrong… charged me significantly leas than I would have ever expected!! This was only one example of how they earned my trust.

Had a problem with my battery, they took care of it in record time! So grateful! I truly appreciate their honesty and the care that is taken with mine and my son’s vehicles!

I have been looking for a local repair shop that might be a little more cost friendly compared to a dealership. Now I found it. These guys do great work. They do it quickly and at a very reasonable price. The guys are very knowledgeable. They explain the problem and the method they use to complete their work in a way that regular people can understand. The shop is clean and the waiting room is pleasant. They have TV, beverages, coffee, water, a couch in the event you wish to wait for your repair. The best part is the price. I have a Cadillac and for some reason the dealership seems to think that I have a lot of money because of the car I drive. This place is about a third of the price of the dealership. In my opinion this place is great. As far as I know they work on all makes and models.
