He is loving his new Raptor and couldn't wait to show all his family and friends!! Trevor (Smith) was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything about the vehicle to my son (and to me but mostly my son)! He made the whole process effortless! My husband and I were referred to Carl at Lufkin Ford after having dealt with a few other dealerships that weren't acting in a professional way so I wasnt sure how this would turn out. From the very first phone conversation with Carl I knew he was going to do his best to give us exactly what we were looking for without playing games. Lufkin Ford service department is by far one of the best service departments I have seen. Everyone there is courteous, helpful, and certainly knowledgeable. They put the customer first, and they always do this with a smile. I especially want to recognize my service tech, Blaus. He not only did a wonderful job, he kept me informed, and I would give him an A+++. I will gladly recommend Lufkin Ford service department to anyeone who needs assistance.

I would like to commend the Lufkin Ford mobile service team for the excellent mobile oil change and tire service on both of my trucks. Being able to service two vehicles at the same time saves me a significant amount of time driving to town and made the process extremely convenient. Paige is a five-star service advisor. Her communication, follow-up, and attention to detail are outstanding, and she consistently keeps me informed every step of the way.
