Lug Nut Guys

I contacted them by email (the only apparent way to reach them) to ask if they could get some lug nuts that I couldn't find on the site. They asked me to send pictures (I'm not sure how that would help, since the problem I had was finding the right pitch, something you have to actually measure) but I did anyway. No response. I then emailed again, and they said they had not received the pics so I re-sent them. No response after that. Honestly, their responses go something like "send pics", or "didn't get them", just like that. No, "Thanks for contacting us, blah blah..." You feel like you're communicating with a distracted prepubescent 12-year-old who can't be bothered to pause his Roblox game to answer an email. Honestly, I think this operation is just one guy in a dimly-lit baseme

i ordered 20 lug bolts and they only sent me 18 and when i try and get ahold of them they don’t respond. the low rating really speaks for itself. I really hope they make things right but i highly doubt it.

I knew exactly what I was buying and knew it would solve the problem I had. The lug nuts themselves are one-piece and high quality. The price for a set of 24 was fair. Plain and simple, they are essentially JL lug nuts in size and shape with a 1/2-20 TPI, just as the JK needs. It is about time someone manufactured these. No guess work either, The Lug Nut Guys website makes it clear as day. Good stuff.

I ordered my spacers and they didn't work out. I called them twice and talked to a real person and they advised me on how to proceed. They seemed concerned and helpful. Now to ship them back, wish me luck.
