Luis Auto Repair

Came in for an alignment. Walked out with a to-do list. That’s a good thing. They didn’t perform an unnecessary service without having a proper setup. I will gladly return once my issues are resolved to what my truck needs beyond OEM. Everyone here is polite and welcoming. They have a little space heater for warmth in the front office/waiting area.

I met Luis in 2022 when I moved to the area, from an oil change too buying a my blown up vehicle, too resorting my grandfather’s vehicle from suspension, sound system, tune up and door fixtures. They will do my paint in the future. They do everything!!! The service is great with Jose on the desk! And the service men like Cesar, keep me coming back! Thank you for taking care of my vehicles ❤️💯 thank you everything Luis Auto ‼️

My husband and I where from out of town, which we drive 2 1/2 hours away for my Chemo Appointment at UNC Hillsborough, well half way to my appointment, the Check engine light came on, and it said something about the battery, so to make a long story short, we went to the nearest Autozone and bought a battery, which costed us $200.00,and that wasn't even the problem, because we once we started down the road, the check engine light came on again, so we found another Autozone, and Thank God for blessing us to have found this Autozone, because Tim the manager told us about Luis Auto Repair. My husband and I can't Thank Luis and his staff for going above and beyond, and when I say above and beyond, they end stayed after hours, to make sure our car was fixed. So if you any vehicle problems, whether

Luis is amazing! Very considerate and obliging to his customers and has amazing customer service. It is so rare to find a business that takes such an interest and care in the well being of their customers! So very grateful!

Fox was awesome!! She has a great outgoing, friendly personality ❤️. I took my husband’s truck into get an alignment done and it cost a few dollars short of triple the price I paid at the place I normally go to. I had stopped by this same place a few months earlier and had inquired about a car they took my name and phone number down and a gentleman called me a couple weeks later to see if I was still interested in getting a vehicle. I told them I no longer was looking and immediately I got hung up on. I guess he didn’t feel that he needed to talk any longer lol but maybe he could’ve said. Have a nice day or when you are interested come back and see us.🤷🏻‍♀️😜
