Luke’s Mobile RV Service

While in Galveston, a strong wind came up and tore my slide-out awning off my class A. I also had a couple other issue that needed repair. When I arrived in Aransas Pass, I called Luke for the repair. He does good work, and seems to be very knowledgeable and likable. However, he never showed up when he said he would. I made several appointments over a two week period, but when I left Aransas Pass, my awning was still not repaired. The lousy part is that I spent many days waiting for him to show up for nothing. Didn’t get to see much of the area. He neither let me know that he wouldn’t be coming nor let me know why he didn’t show up. I am sorry to say that he wasn’t dependable and I can’t recommend him.

Luke has been a Godsend during my move to the area. Luke helped me with reasonable pricing, and expert advice. His attention to detail is amazing. He was compassionate, knowledgeable, polite, professional. He worked in the rain and bad weather. RV is now in good condition and rid of its quirks.He fixed my refrigerator. He advised on chems to use in the bathroom. He knew the answer to everything I asked. He really went the extra mile. I would definitely use his service again.

SCAM!! Luke came out and opened up my A/C and told me what was wrong and said he didn’t have the part. Charged 125 dollars and left the unit opened and laying on top of the camper. Said he would order the part and that it would take two days. I’ve called and texted repeatedly and no answer and no text reply. I’m out 125 bucks and I have to put my stuff I paid him to do back together. This is the cheapest of cheap.

I am so happy. Luke came to my house when I asked him too and was on time and he was there for the second time because summer 2018 he repaired my air conditioner of which he went very much out of his way to retrieve a part for that we couldn't find anywhere but in the valley then today he repaired wiring that this other guy that said he could fix my heater and ended up breaking my air conditioner again and my bathroom lights went out he totally screwed my house up and I sjpsho have called luke my mistake and I won't call anyone else... Well today because of Luke I have a working air conditioner and working bathroom lights .He also worked out a deal that was beyond fair and I can't express how grateful I am for his amazing service and seemingly infinite knowledge of RV's. I recommend him o

Don’t waste your time with this business!!! He never did show up when he said he would. Leaking roof and your trusting a man’s word when there is a 80% chance of rain is not right. Wouldn’t answer my text or my phone calls. But read all my text messages. I finally found Ricks mobile service. Highly recommend Rick. His prices are way better than Luke. Luke was going to charge me double for what I need done!!!!
