LuLu's Car Wash

Cold day, smok'in service! Our small SUV needed some TLC and we decided to stop into this Lulu's car wash and we were highly impressed with the friendly customer service. They were not busy, so the attendants went above and beyond their scope and checked in on us, ensuring all our needs were taken care of. One even cleaned our floor mats for us. Car was completely cleaned by the automatic wash and our vacuum extensions all worked properly. This was a top value experience and you should give them an opportunity to take care of you. Shout out to their manager Boen for this excellent crew!

Used to go to Sparkle on Belair but getting out was a pain. Came to Lulu's and I was able to get a higher level membership for a lower cost. Their layout is also significantly better, having vacuums and everything on both sides of each station, instead of 1 per station at sparkle. Great location, friendly service, good prices, would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a car wash.

I just had the best experience at Lulu's carwash. First, I met a really nice man waiting for me at the point of sale. He explained the current promotions and helped me pick my level of wash.He was so amazing I asked his name so that I could tell his manager. As it turned out, the salesperson was the manager. His name was Bowen, and he was working out in the sun to make my experience the best it could be today. Thank you, Mr. Bowen, for such amazing service.

I had the pleasure of meeting a nice young man by the name of Isaiah. He was very helpful.and polite. He ensured my first experience there was one to remember, due to his kindness. I am thinking switching from Tidal wave to your location. His customer service reminds me of Chic -Fil -A
