Luno Mobile Detailing

So they send a kid to do the job after much communication and pictures of my truck. This was a job for 2 people. What happens is they send kids to do a job and after a couple of hours in the hot sun with no food, they get super sloppy. It was so bad I had to ask for a discount and he only did $50 discount. He said the truck was bad and I said you had pictures and knew what to expect. The rims are still dirty, tires, windows smeared. After complaining on some dirt still caked by the seats where it was obviously reachable, the only excuse was the truck was bad. I just wanted to pay him for the so called ultimate detail which was not what I got. He stated they only send 1 person out for every job. If you have a big rig, stay away. See my after pics. If you have a midsize car that is not dirty

Called many places and many were booked up. Luno Mobile Detailing came to the rescue and I was very appreciative to have been able to book him the same day!! We agreed on a time and he showed up and got the job done!! Carpet shampoo'd, interior nice and clean, no more waiting to 'air' the car out! Thank you!! Looking forward getting my 6th detail free 😉

These people shouldn’t be in business. I texted him and asked if there was availability. He said he could get to it same day but interior only. Sounded good to me so we booked. He finished my whole Escalade in 50 mins and it looked like my 5 year old did it. I started to show him everything he missed and he told me “that’s just what happens when you book same day appointments, I have another appt I have to get to.” Literally didn’t even vacuum the back and when I opened it, it was still covered in dirt. Sticky stuff and dirt still on every one of my seats. As I would point things out it was “I swear I cleaned that” but it hadn’t even been touched. I basically paid $179 for me to re clean the whole car. LOL. This was the absolute worst detailing service I’ve ever had.

Amir was fantastic! Very professional and friendly. Left my car spotless. Really appreciate his prompt service and reminder texts leading up to my appt. Made it very easy for me and came to my work to perform the detail. Highly recommend!

Amir did a great job detailing my SUV inside and out. He was very organized, friendly and professional. Being a smoker, my windows and windshield took a lot of elbow grease, he even got the odor out!
