They did a good job on my repair on vehicle but they took along time and forgot to put mud splash gaurd back on one side and didn't paint the door handle to the correct color. Stating it came prepainted. I expected better results coming from a dealership. these things makes me wonder if they even double or triple check there work.. i notcied it looking around my vehicle when i came to pick it up. theres a saying small things matter the most and Kinda unsatisfied cause the things they missed. Still haven't got a call back on when there going to make this right..I want everyone to be well aware and careful. There are places out here out for the money and dont care. Again for me to notice those things. Show they just did the work and didnt check it to see if anything was forgotten or missed

My 2014 Kia Optima was stolen in Minneapolis, later found abandoned, and taken to the impound. I paid to retrieve it and had it towed to Lupient Collision Center. The damage was limited to a broken door handle, a stripped ignition, and a dead battery (caused by the tow truck leaving the vehicle on at the impound). A few days later I received a preliminary repair quote of nearly $3,000. Since that was about 50% of the car’s value, I asked for an “as-is” purchase offer instead. After repeated follow-ups due to no response, the dealership eventually offered me $300–$500, citing a KBB value for a “poor” vehicle—despite my Optima being a running car with reasonable mileage. Dropped off my car on the 29th of March. Got a call for pickup on the 7th of April. I don't even know what kind of sorcery this is, but I think it speaks a lot of the expertise of the repair shop. Grateful to have my car back looking like new. Highly recommend this shop!

I am VERY picky about car repairs as I used to be an Auto Body Tech. Joe, the Service Manager was excellent! He always let us know what was happening and kept us updated with the progress of our car. The quality of work was top notch!
